This PR aims to enable
jsonToDdltest in Linux environment.Why are the changes needed?
Previous, the test case was disabled in Linux environment because
JsonToDDLmessage was added after Apache Spark 4.0.0-preview2.StructType.toDDLspark#49142Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?

Manual test because the Linux CI is moved to the daily CI.
